“Come on, lets do something muggle.”
“That’s my arm you’re trying to remove.”
“Oh, sorry, slayer strength.”
“You realise I stopped believing that excuse years ago, right?”
“Ok, ok, I’m bored, I want to do something muggle.”
“We’ve been to the movies, we’re not allowed to go clubbing…”
“What about one of those shops with the weird, floppy, book things?”
“Weird, floppy… oh, magazines. I suppose we could go to the newsagents in the village over the other side of the hill.”
“Finally!”

Taking a slayer witch to a muggle newsagent, bad idea.
Did you have any idea how repressed the wizarding community is? They let their kids fight in a war, but anything else? No chance.

“I’m gonna look at these, the magazines are over there.”
“Ok”
“Merlin!”
Oh dear.
“I, I can’t believe they’d put something like that on the cover of a magazine. I mean people do it, but to put it on the front of a magazine…”
What is she looking at? She’s not tall enough to see the top shelf.
“Gin? Oh, what’s wrong with that? It’s an article on Sex and the City.”
“Dawn!”
“What? It’s heat, not exactly a porn mag.”

A/N: I have no idea where this came from, my mind is weird, especially when avoiding revision. heat is a British gossip magazine, the first picture I found of a cover had a Sex and the City article on it.
