Okay – it’s time to call it quits on these. After having the Faith/McKay ficlet get wildly out of control and balloon to over 800 words and three fighting desperately to overflow 200 words, I need to stop. Sadly, I didn’t even get to use half the plot bunnies generated by Wikipedia’s entire entry on the number 13. Interesting ideas though!

Fic-For-All Pairing: Faith & Vala Mal Doran

Summary: There’s a reason these two never met…and now we know why.

Vala took a deep breath, her breasts straining against her leather bodice.

A member of SG-4 walked into a table.

Faith gave one of the techs a long, slow once over.

He managed to miss his chair entirely as he sat down.

Vala caught the eye of a young man across the way, slowly licking her lips.

He choked on his corn flakes.

Not missing a beat, Faith hooked her foot around one of the legs of Vala’s chair and pulled her closer. Her hand on Vala’s leg, she curled her fingers around the leather-clad thigh as her tongue flicked Vala’s ear.

She grinned as three separate trays clattered to the floor.

Faith smirked, “That’s thirteen– to your ten.”

“You mean twelve,” Vala countered. “Daniel doesn’t count. He spills coffee on himself all the time. It had nothing to do with you.”

Faith shrugged. “It’s still thirteen.”

The radio interrupted before Vala could argue.

“Ladies, my infirmary is full of men injured walking around the SGC – AGAIN…”

Vala tried to sound innocent. “Oh?”

Dr. Lam wasn’t buying it. “Game over, ladies. The loser has ten minutes to get down here and help.”

Vala shrugged. There was always tomorrow.

Fic-For-All Pairing: Faith & Ronon Dex

Word count: 200
Summary: It isn’t often Faith regrets saying something…except now.

“Your skills have come highly recommended,” Dr. Weir smiled warmly. “Of course, we’d like to take some time before we decided about off-world missions.”

Faith shrugged, “Sure.”

An alarm sounded. “And here they are now…”

They strolled through the gate clutching rather large guns.

“Guns?” Faith snickered. “That’s a little wussy.”

She’d said it to Weir, but the whole team looked up at the balcony.

The man leading the pack looked amused. “This must be the much-anticipated Faith, combat specialist.”

“John Sheppard.” He shifted his gun to offer his hand and introduced the rest of the team, but Faith was focused on the large man glowering at her.

“-and Ronon Dex.”

He was huge – seriously massive.

He didn’t offer a hand - just stared, hand on the gun holstered at his side.

“Ronon has offered to work with you on hand-to-hand.”

Faith swore Weir was stifling a laugh.

Oh shit.

Oh shit didn’t cover it, Faith thought, counting her bruises.

Ronon said he’d never heard of “best out of three”.

Something told her he had, but went with “best out of thirteen” just for her.

Title: Just Sayin’
Author: Vesica
Rating: FR-13/PG
Fandom/Characters: BtVS/Stargate SGA
Fic-For-All Pairing: Faith & Carson Beckett
[livejournal.com profile] tthdrabbles Challenge: #43: Thirteen
Disclaimer: Just a bit of mucking about in other people’s sandboxes.
Word count: 200 (maybe – stupid Word word count)
Summary: She’s no doctor but…

“It may be awhile before she-”

Faith jerked awake at the feel of something being pressed against her skin. She started to struggle when Sheppard came into focus.

“Easy now. You took a Wraith stunner pretty hard.”

Carson looked at Faith as if she’d just risen from the dead. “That’s incredible. I’ve never seen someone recover so quickly. How long did it take you to get back through the gate?”

Sheppard shrugged, “Maybe twelve, thirteen minutes…”

“It’s bloody amazing.”

“Nah, just Slayer healing,” Faith said trying to sit up until a sharp pain in her side stopped her.

Carson carefully eased her shirt up, pressing lightly at the large, darkening bruise.

Sheppard winced in sympathy. “You fell on a rock.”

Carson continued gently prodding as Faith shrugged. “No blood, no bone sticking out – I’m fine.”

“Slayer healing or no, you’re not fine. You may have broken something and your pulse is all over the place.”

“Well,” Faith offered, a devilish gleam in her eye, “that could be because there’s a hottie with the dead sexy accent feeling me up right now.”

Sheppard coughed to hide a laugh as Carson’s face slowly turned pink.

“Just sayin’,” Faith added almost innocently.
