Title: Five Families Dawn Didn’t Get Sent To
Author: Tara Keezer
Rating: FRC (for children, yeah?)
Notes: I used 20 words per family for a total of 100 words exactly, despite Word’s appalling habit of counting things like ~*~*~ and — as actual words. Disclaimers are under the second cut, in case you want to sort out the crossovers yourself.

“Richie?”

“Yeah, Dawn?”

“Is Dad ever gonna let me start dating?”

“Sure. But he isn’t the problem.”

“Who is?”

“Fonzie.”

~*~*~

“Dusk!”

“Yes, Father?”

“Go get your brother and sister.”

“Why, Father?”

“Uncle Fester wants to play with the dynamite again.”

~*~*~

“Mr. Kotter!”

“Yes, Horseshack?”

“I’d like you to meet my baby sister, Dawn.”

“Pleased to meet you.”

[loud, braying laughter]

~*~*~

“Mother!”

“Yes, Dawn-ums?”

“He looked at me funny.”

“Harry!”

“But —!”

“Back into the cupboard. Now!”

“Thank you, Mother.”

“You’re welcome.”

~*~*~

“Danger, Will Robinson, danger!”

“Where?”

“Dawn Robinson is bathed in green —”

“Dad!”

“Yes?”

“Robot’s broken again. I shut him down.”

Ownership:
1. Happy Days was a Garry Marshall Production.
2. Charles Addams created the Addams Family, and we love him for it.
3. Welcome Back, Kotter, a real 70s show, was created by Alan Sacks.
4. J.K. Rowling, of course, owns Harry Potter. Funny how no one seems to wonder what would have happened if Dawn had become Dudley’s sister instead of Harry’s.
5. Another old favorite, Lost in Space, was an Irwin Allen Production.

And, of course, Joss Whedon created the character and history of Dawn Summers for Buffy: the Vampire Slayer. Okay, the monks created her, but Joss came up with the monks. Happy now?
