notes: it's a day late, but no one else responed. So here it is.


Dawn sat on the back porch watching the sunrise, thinking of all the times she had fought with Buffy. She remembered how angry she’d been, being left behind ‘for her own good.’ She remembered being lectured, after her first moon as a wolf when Buffy finally let her help, for being too reckless. People counted on her, and if she got herself killed, it meant more lives than hers. She was so angry back then. Now she was Richard’s lupa. The pack was her family now, and she had to take care of them. Good thing Buffy taught her how.
