THIS IS THE SIGNUP POST. If your name was in the winners list for the closure post? This is where you comment to specify your request.

Here are your instructions:

1.) Pick one (1) or two (2) fandoms-- and, heck, I'm not going to list them all out again. I'll be generous and say, anything I've committed more than 1000 words in over the last twelve months.

2.) Name one (1) character or one (1) pairing of any type.

3.) Give me a brief prompt or phrase. (You may specify "do not includes" also, but try to keep the list short; and I don't do NC-17 or incest at all.) Or-- you may ask for a one-shot connected to any of my eligible-fandom past works.

My available roster of fic is at the AO3. (The fandom list at the top of the profile page is especially handy for sorting purposes, if you're looking for favorites or checking which fandoms are eligible. )

Any questions or concerns? Feel free to ask. But get those requests in ASAP!
~

So I've gone around and around in my head about what I want you to write. I have three options that equally make me smile at the thought of you writing them but am not sure which you'd like to do. Do you want me to give you a choice or should I just pick?

You know me so well.
Option 1. Five things different people taught Steve Rogers to like about the 21st century
Option 2. Some sort of Tony Stark/Pepper Potts
Option 3. Johnny Storm and Johnny Blaze in some sort of motorcycle dare devil thing. (I looked at Storm's bio and apperently at one time he was a canadate for the Zarathos demon, add to that the fire thing, and that bit in the first movie of each duology of them riding in a motocross/stunt show and I want to see them together.)

Sticking to the rules then Push isn't elgible either since it's been a couple years since you wrote it.. I also see the Buffy/Leverage cross is at 700 words so not elgible either. Darn it. So I'll go for something with Johnny Blaze (particularly post the second movie) or a continuation of the Watered with Blood serries.

Since this is set to be the last one of these, I'm going to do something unusual-for-me, and actually request sequelfic.
Specifically, either of:

# A follow-up at long last to "Closing Pandora's Box" (Castle/PJO)

# A follow-up to "Where No Sorcerer Has Gone Before" (Trek XI/Sorcerer's Apprentice)

If you need further prompting for either of these, then for "Box", one might cover Alexis talking to either of Martha or Beckett about fallout from her discovery. For "Sorcerer", two thoughts: the obvious would be Balthazar actually meeting reboot!Jim, the less obvious might be meeting reboot!Uhura (because in the context of this cross-universe, I can't help wondering if part of her and reboot!Spock's chemistry might involve a gift for the Mind Arts on her part).

And of course, if you've had other ideas simmering for these ;verses, you're absolutely welcome/encouraged to follow those.

Lessee. We got my standard requests--more Grissom-is-Buffys-Dad and more Wesley-is-a-Wizard.

But it would also be fun to see more of William-the-Bloody-is-Nevilles-Uncle.

I would ask for more Lesser Men, as that is what I most want to see more of yours, but I dont think its eligible. Or the River-is-a-slayer one, but ditto.

Basically, you make it awfully tough to choose, because I love so much of your stuff!

Could I please be put down for Buffy/McCoy, with the prompt of (I Won't Say) I'm in Love (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_bEWXs_FX4)?

If not, then could I possibly have more of the Firefly/SW fusion verse you wrote for me for xover-exchange?

Thank you so much for doing this! :D

I'm good with either of them, so whichever one strikes your fancy. :)

I'm thinking, thinking, thinking... I can't decide!
Do I want more Beth Carter? Do I want more Wesley + SG1? Do I want more Tara + SG1? Do I want something else entirely? Crazy crossovers to go? Something with Severus Snape in an inappropriately strange universe like ST:Reboot or LotR or Star Wars?

I don't knowwwwwwww!

Okay...

#1 Give Severus Snape a happy ending while zapping him into either the ST:Reboot universe or the Star Wars universe. (evil grin)
#2 More Grissom-and-the-firelizard.
#3 More Tara + SG1.

I have to admit, I'm really hoping you'll go for the first, even though it is more difficult than the others. It's just the last chance I'll have to get your fiendishly brilliant brain to do something so brain-bendy. 8-)

I'm making it official: more word count to my previous prompt... I figure that's nicer than coming up with another crazy one.

Argh! So many choices! I keep coming back to anything from the Leverage/Buffy cross, either from the "Strong Objections to the Lady" verse or the "Soul Job" verse. I'm also tempted by the idea of Oz in the Star Wars IX 'verse, but then I need a prompt. Have I said argh, yet? Oh, yes, there it is...

I will make up my mind, promise. Or would you prefer to have the choice?

I'm going for Oz in Star Trek IX... argh! I can't even make up my mind about this! Okay, I vote "Vulcans aren't always the coolest heads in battle" and will pretend to forget the other prompts in my head.

There! I've decided :)

Well, I'm going to be ornery and suggest three:

Emberverse...While I played fast and loose with the timeline in my High Warlady of Yuma series, the Change event happened in March of 1998, making it congruent with Buffy Season 2. How might things have gone in Unsealed-Hellmouth Sunnydale during that time in the aftermath of the Change? Giles doesn't get enough love, so let's focus on him, shall we? Let's pair...Xander & Willow...partly for grins and giggles and partly because if I recall correctly, said pairing is plausibly in-canon for Season 2.

Howl's Moving Castle...How would Howl and company handle Whedon-type vampires? I'd kind of like to see Howl and Giles butting heads over something. Howl & Sophie...who else?

Tangled...Yeah, you know I had to do it! This would be more of a challenge given the multi-century time disparity...and time-travel would probably be cheating (even though I did it in the Sun-Bearer Chronicles). Maybe the Scoobies encounter something or someone relating to the magic golden flower...it does, after all, have the ability to keep someone young essentially forever. Maybe Willow is somehow involved in either discovering that particular bit of magic or learning how to manipulate it in some way. I suppose the pairings might depend on how you approach it.

My only specific request is that you keep the characters in-character...while that doesn't seem to be on of your weaknesses, it IS the foremost cardinal sin in fanfiction.

Okie dokie....

Leverage.... We've seen in Buffy canon that Giles is actually a closet BAMF. How might a fight between him and Elliott go?

POTC.... The crew of the Black Pearl failed to lift their curse and the ship is still plying the waters of the Caribbean in the late 20th century. They take Cordelia as a hostage...you decide why.

(Is that better? ;-) )

Re: a stickler about characterization...are you implying that you'd actually write characters OUT of character? Surely not!

Hmm. After much dithering, I've come up with three possibilities (ok, actually three-ish.)

Either more in any of your BtVS/CSI crosses, because frankly they're all wonderful and I couldn't pick between them, Dawn meeting Leo at Camp Half Blood for the first time, or Buffy/Star Trek 2009. Does any of this work? I'm sorry, I'm pants at coming up with prompts.

Eep! I missed the comment notification. *embarrassed*
Hmm... if you go with Star Trek 2009/BtVS, I'd say either or both Summers sisters and Spock or McCoy.

Hi,

Sorry about the late reply! And thanks a lot for offering to write something. Hmmm... You know, I've always wanted the Buffybot and Cameron (of Sarah Connor Chronicles) to meet up in some way. The phrase "We're very pretty" could feature. Is that something you think you might be able to do something with?
