Gregar Typho found her sitting on the grass overlooking the Solleu River, a half-empty bottle of wine by her side.

“She’s up there, you know.” Buffy’s slightly slurred remark caught him off-guard. Looking down, he saw her staring at the constellation Beautité, shining brightly in the moonless sky. He didn’t need to ask who she was referencing. Padmé’s death weighed heavy on both her former protectors.

“She’s where she belongs now,” Buffy continued, taking another long drink.

Sitting down beside her, Gregar took the bottle and drank to the woman he had secretly loved and whom they both had lost.
