“What’s the big deal about this girl anyway, Raylan?” Art asked him.

“Something about alligators, right?” Tim said with a smirk from the doorway to Art’s office.

Shock ran through him, nobody show know about that, not anymore, “How-?”

Tim, aggravating bastard, just smiled.

“She doesn’t flash up in any of your old case files,” Art added, ignoring the alligator comment.

“That’s ‘cause those disappeared sometime in ’03,” he told them.

“Disa- No, you’re not dragging the Marshal’s into this,” Art said, “stop making up shit to avoid your paperwork, you’ve got enough with the Bennett’s and Boyd Crowder, anyway.”
