Word Count: 100
Warning/Rating: PG-13 for mild swearing
Summary: Spike has a little bit of puppet trouble

Spike burst into the storeroom, the head of a yellow monster in one hand, sword in the other. He was covered in stuffing; the big bird hadn’t gone quietly.

He found his quarry hiding in a corner; the fuzzy thing had run when the fighting started, but Spike had his scent and the crumbs were easy to follow.

“Right, you fluffy little bastard, let’s have you. I’ve dealt with your lot before. You’ll not be eating any kids’ lifeforce on my watch,” he declared.

The blue creature shuffled forward nervously.

“Life force? Me no want life force. Me want cookies!”

Challenge: #013 – Weddings the Weren’t
Word Count: 100
Summary: Howard knew it was too good to be true

“Stop the wedding!” Xander called out, causing the Elvis conducting the ceremony to look up, surprised. The groom put his head in his hands but the bride continued to make goo goo eyes at him.

“Shame on you, using a love spell and then trying to marry her!” Leonard admonished as he approached. Howard began to protest but then slumped in defeat.

“What gave it away?” Howard asked as Xander swept the bride away.

“Dude, seriously? How else would a Playboy Bunny agree to marry you?” Raj said (once the girl had left the chapel) “You should have aimed lower.”

The first one had me laughing. I can't believe it hadn't come about sooner. The second drabble left me a little confused. Probably because I only catch snippets of the show. I'm amused and very grateful for the amusement.

*snorts* Before Howard found Bernadette on BBT, I would have definitely been able to see him doing something like that. Excellent work!
