Lois Lane and Dawn Summers first ran into each other in a Metropolis sewer system. Literally. After they picked themselves up, they heard the noises getting closer on either side of them.

“Hey. Lois Lane, Daily Planet,” said Lois, trying to shake the worst off.

“Dawn Summers, professional hostage,” answered the young girl with a disgusted expression.

“Oh?” said Lois, attention caught momentarily. “Luthor’s goons?” she enquired, indicating behind her.

“Demons,” sighed Dawn, her eyes rolling. “Don’t worry, my big sister will be here any moment.”

“Oh, I think I can beat that…..” smirked Lois, and screamed “Save me, Superman!”

What a fantasic rework of this fic. It showcases the theme nicely- shorter format really hits home the point. What an elegant way for them to meet, if being kidnapped is elegant, which i think it is- supremely logical. This is just adorable, and thanks for sharing!
