Faith raised an eyebrow at that, causing the younger man to blush.
"Alright, it's a little weird," he muttered reluctantly. "But Sam has Emily and the guys have their folks and Billy..." he trailed off, glancing back towards the house with a wistful expression that made Faith's insides clench.
The things she did for friends.
Faith rolled her shoulders and sighed, "Where's the brush?"
