Dawn worried as Giles’ frown became more serious during the course of his conversation.

“Yes, thank you. I‘ll be in touch.” He hung up the phone and swore.

“Giles?” she questioned tentatively.

“I have some fantastic news,” he began.

“All right.” She humored him. “Then you can tell me what the bad news is.”

“Merlin’s Treasure has been found under Glastonbury Tor,” he informed her.

Dawn looked ready to bounce and squeal but stopped and became solemn. “The bad news must be pretty bad if it brought you down from that bit of news.”

“The Americans took it.”

Dawn swore.

LOL. All I could think of back when Avalon first aired and Cam got his hands on that sword was:

"Whoso pulleth out this sword of this stone and anvil is rightwise king born of all England."

Wait 'til Giles hears about that subplot of the treasure-finding. =)

*snickers* You're not the only one! I'm wondering if Cam tried to keep the sword and if he got teased for that at the SGC.

I think Giles would try anything to disprove the sword as being that sword. Cam as King? Giles might prefer Xander!
