Willow sighed into Kaylee’s embrace. The kind hearted girl had so far taken in so much more than Willow ever thought she would. Yes, although Kaylee lived in a space ship, she hadn’t seen all the darkness that people could bring about. When Willow was having trouble explaining the dark magic she had used to Kaylee, the mechanic just came back with simple words of encouragement.

After Tara, Willow had never thought she would loose herself so completely to another and yet, she had so quickly. Even now, discussing painful topics, she had found peace in the embrace of Kaylee.

Hm. Kaylee's so much more confident than Tara most of the time, I'd never have thought to compare them, but you're right-- in other ways they're a lot alike. Yay for Willow finding her, however she got there.
