First you need to join the community..go to the user info and click on the LJ person with the + beside him.

Once you are a member you post here the same way you update your own journal. You'll need to click to see the optional setting which include your mood and user pic etc. The first thing listed is 'Journal to Post in'. You should be able to select any community you are member of. Hope that helps...~EV
