Feb. 6th, 2008 12:48 pmTitle: Mixed up dates
Word Count: 198
Fandom: Star Gate SG-1/BT:VS//Yu-gi-Oh
Challenge: TTH Drabbles #072
Characters: Giles, Daniel Jackson, Solomon Muto
Disclaimer: I don’t own any of these characters. If I did they totally would have met years ago.
The old man puttered around his kitchen. He felt rather embarrassed that he had invited both men over on the same day. He decided his age must be catching up with him.
“I’m terribly sorry Doctor Jackson. Doctor Giles. I had no idea I had invited you both over on the same day.”
“It’s quite alright Doctor Muto,” Giles said while polishing his glasses. He really wasn’t bothered at all by the mix up. He had just wanted to interview Solomon Muto on the activities that occurred around his grandson. It also helped that Doctor Muto was an expert in his field when it came to the stories surrounding Duel Monsters.
Daniel clears his throat looking almost embarrassed himself. “I could come back tomorrow.”
The much shorter fatter man huffs and almost jumps in place from the force of it. “You’ll do no such thing young man! Now just sit right down and have a cup of tea. Now don’t worry. I have that book right here somewhere…”
Daniel and Giles both exchange a look. Daniel was just amused and Giles? Well he felt a growing fondness for Doctor Muto. Looks like they’d both be staying for now.

Date: 2008-02-07 06:51 am (UTC)That makes 2/6!
FYI, though-- please make sure your wordcount is exactly 100 or 200 words in future. This one's close enough I won't squabble, but getting your drabbles to those exact numbers of words is supposed to be part of the challenge.
