challenge #052: tokens

Write 100 or 200 words involving-- tokens. Tokens of affection, token characters, token coins, the band "The Tokens", session tokens (aka HTTP cookies), whatever: use your imagination! (Thanks to empressvesica for the suggestion).

Additionally, you may write for an FFA pairing on any topic-- the current count is 1523 ficlets, which means we need 484 more by the end of 2007.

Please remember to tag your posts appropriately! Also, remember that all drabbles posted until 3/10 count toward the Mod Birthday Competition! If you're not already playing, you may join at any time.

Okay, I feel really bad when I don't write the weeks you are using MY suggestions. :P

In my defense - COMPANY!! Company that got here 5 hours earlier than we were expecting them.

Also - I am saying RIGHT NOW. Amnesty challenge. A lot of the other communities do them three or four times a year and I think they are AWESOME! Plus it gives you one-two weeks off from challenges. Basically, make the challenge any previous challenge. :D

Ack, you read my mind. I was planning on announcing that next week, to run up until the due date. =)

And hey, I understand about company and other plans. Have you seen me writing for my own challenges lately? Huh? Didn't think so. =)

Oh hooray!! Because there have been so many ideas I meant to write!

And you mean until your B-day? HOORAY!! I might finally get some of those ideas on paper.

I would tell you are super dooper brilliant, but I was also going to say great minds think alike and there is only so much mutual admiration I can manage. Let's just go with "Aren't we smartie pants?".
