The house next-door had been bothering Dawn for sometime. It was as if she were the only one who could see it. The council had bought the house at 13 Grimmauld Place three years previously; her and Buffy had taken to spending their summers there, close to London shopping.
Whenever anyone else walked past it was as though they jumped from one side to the other, she always got shouted at for dawdling.
Whenever she mentions it they look at her oddly and remind her this street doesn’t have a number twelve. Isn't it thirteen that's supposed to be missing?
