Summary: Buffy and Roy Harper celebrate Valentine's Day their own way.

Buffy's mouth quirked at the sight of the flower-adorned arrow sitting on her desk at work. Just like her boyfriend to give her something like this, instead of the normal box of chocolates or the dozen red roses; but then again, this present was uniquely him. Reading the note attached to the arrow, a smile blossomed across her face. Lian was going to be with Dinah tonight, which meant she had Roy all to herself. Picking up the phone, Buffy dialed his number.

"I hope you're planning to make good on the promise in the note, Harper," she said. "Because it's just mean to tease a girl like that."

"I have every intention of keeping my word," Roy said over the phone, his voice amused. "I'll see you at six."

Six o'clock found Buffy standing in front of her apartment building, waiting for Roy.

"Hey, sweetheart," he said when he arrived, wrapping his arms around her and giving her a kiss. "You ready to go?"

"Yep," she answered, grabbing her bow and following him to the car. Their Valentine's Day may not be traditional, but it wasn't every day Red Arrow let his girlfriend play with his special trick arrows.
